This place just keeps getting worst. It was nice, once upon a time. The issues that residents complain about have been going on for some years now. Check out the comments from different websites on this property, they are all the same. The response from property management always the same. Its a business, they dont care. More people living in one smaller apartments then allowed, legally, and because some residents, not all, dont actually PAY for their rent they dont care about the the property either. Trash everywhere on the floor, kids marking up stairways and walls, breaking lights out. The old property management(when I first moved here) use to actually walk around (before they got the golf cart) to each building make sure everyone was in compliance and ALL issues were addressed as they occurred. It was poop free! Trash free! Clean! Landscaped Regularly and QUIET! At night.

I would not recommend stating here. I have had issues since day one. The neighborhood is not safe, my car has been broken into, I have had numerous water bugs and my front door came off the hinges, which shocked me. I have had air conditioning issues with upstairs and I had to buy a fan. I will not be renewing my lease I have one month left and I will not be returning.

I've lived in Park Place apartments for about 8 months now. My experience at park place was very stressful and unsatisfactory. I've had to go to the office on a monthly basis about sinks, toilet, drainage not working properly. Aside from that, I had an experience where my car got towed from the property due to a parking pass that had fell off my dashboard without me noticing. I was under the impression that since the office had requested a copy of my registration before handing me the parking pass when I signed the lease, that they would check their files to confirm that the vehicle wasn't owned by their residents. Once I went to the office, I was talked down to and told that there was nothing's they could do since the pass was not visible at first glance. I was then forced to pay the $175 towing fees to get my car back. I then asked the property manager about what could be done, and she proceeded to turn the whole situation back on me and how it was my fault. When i asked if there was a phone number for someone above her that I would be able to speak to, she gave me the wrong number on a sticky note. This kind of experience is probably what has forced many residents to move out of this apartment complex. I really wish they would care about their residents.

If you are still having issues in your apartment home, please call the office so that we can take care of them immediately. Due to the volume of residents living at Park Place we do have a strict parking policy in place. Our parking policy is to ensure that all residents have ample parking. We value and appreciate all of our residents!

Sinks constantly are clogged and debris from the pipes float up to the surface...toilets need to be replaced...old untreated wood balconies need to be replaced...old bathtubs that are out of date
