Amenities are rarely available but they make you pay a good chunk for them every month. Leasing staff is rude and not helpful. Maintenance is lazy and inexperienced. My fridge does not work and Ive had several leaks. Even in emergency situations like leaks flooding the carpet and causing severe property damage, I still had to cuss someone out for maintenance to tend to the issue in a timely manner. They dont care about your comfort, just your money. All this to say, its cheaper here for a reason. I implore you to spend the extra money for the peace of mind that you will never get here. Good luck

Need 3 bedroom ,first floor apartment. What is the square fottage? What is the monthly rent? Need to move in on April 30th.

worst year ever, water issues, $700 water bill. water leaks. floods in the kitchen from the dishwasher backing up, flood in the closet from leaking water heater, i hd to out a garbage bag around the leak becsue they could not fix it right away.i still have the pictures of he damage. poorly painted kitchen cabinets no fixtures to secure the drawers in the kitchen. black spots in the ceiling of the bathroom. they painted over it

Ive lived here for 5 months and they havent fixed anything in my apartment. There is mold growing on our floors that has made me ill, our fridge doesnt work, our sink doesnt work, our door is broken. This and more has been going on for months, despite submitting service requests online and over the phone months ago. Do not live here.
