I like living here. My apartment is spacious and was thoroughly cleaned when I moved in. I love the valet trash collection. My electric and gas bills are well within reason. The pool, tennis court are well maintained. The landscape is always taken care of. Maintenance requests are handled promptly. I would highly recommend Landmark at Battleground.

It looks bad on the outside and is sub standard living there. The property pool is always dirty. The apartment buildings are old and out dated. Living there was horrible there is mildew and water bugs, spiders and people who linger. Its not safe and the construction right out side the complex is loud and send all kinds of animals and other creepy crawling things to the complex due to the land being dug up. Move somewhere else especially if you have children dont make them live that way.

The area is near construction to the road and traffic can be a bit hazy. The customer service of the property managers is subpar and the added fees and taxes are hidden. Upon leaving the residence after 1 month they were charging me for water and trash even after no one was in the apartment. I bought this to the attention of the mangers and they gave me a bit of a run around until no one contacted me back. I gave a $300.00 deposit and received NONE OF IT BACK after leaving the apartment in better condition than when I arrived, ensured bills were paid and provided proof that no one was occupying the apartment for the fees they were charging me for. A rip off! The appliances are old and birds nesting attack when going into your apartment. I only needed a place to live after I sold my home and my second home was being built. Glad my time here was SHORT! Look else where!

Thank you for taking time to provide details about your experience. We understand you were charged utilities after moving out, however as long as the lease agreement is active, you are responsible for those monthly fees. Please understand we are bound by the same lease as you. We wish you the best in your new home.

Please do not bother moving here. They have a HUGE pest problem that they are incapable of getting under control. We have had two apartments with these guys, the second in hopes it would be better (and they would be more attentive. However, that was not the case. In BOTH apartments we have experienced BED BUGS AND ENORMOUS ROACHES. In the first apartment they can and sprayed right away and we didnt see another roach until the warmer months, still unacceptable. However, with the second apartment we seem to be getting IGNORED! We asked them to spray prior to moving in, THEY DIDNT. We asked a week later, and they still did not. They did not come and spray until after my sister went in and showed her bite marks. The bed bugs went away however of course the roaches remained. We called THIS WEEK about roaches, they said theyd spray THIS WEEK, and TONIGHT I saw a roach. ITS RIDICULOUS. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
