I'll be moving in to my new apartment on July 6th. I'm very excited and I'm looking forward to everything you have to offer.

Ive lived here for the last 2.5 years, weve had black mold twice, our pipes burst 3 times when its shouldve been fixed the first time. The last two summers the pool has been closed the whole summer. Requesting maintenance has been a nightmare cause they keep quitting every two weeks. Also the managers in the office ever since Heather left two years ago have been awful. I cant wait to move out. Breaking lease is an arm and a leg so if I could give this place a 0 I would. Im so peeved with this place. And I guarantee the positive reviews are planted reviews from the managers that have worked here, give a positive review and youre hired. Ugh, so awful.

Love it. Just don't like the high admin and app deposit. You're signing that money away with zero guarantee that you'll get the apt and likely won't get the apt because there are so many applying

I liked it when I moved here in December 2021 but I hate this place now. My air conditioning here hasn't worked properly for months but now it has been shut off completely because the management doesn't bother having preventive maintenance done. You cannot open the windows here, so you can't even put in a window unit (keep in mind though that they advertise this place has AC, so nobody should have to even consider buying or borrowing a window unit). Also, the blocked drains nearby makes it smell so bad that we have to keep the balcony door closed, which right now is our only means of getting fresh air. Also, you're forced to pay for a rip off called "valet trash:" What a scam! They only come to pickup your trash here half the time, I'd rather save that $30 a month and take down my own trash, especially since they won't take recyclables. Because my apartment is so hot and humid due to no AC, I now have gnats and I'm sure roaches will soon follow. I often have difficulty paying the rent online, it seldom works.

Run away. This is a complex of lies and scams. I've been here a month with no Heat in winter, leaky faucets, and broken doors. I've made requests since I got here for them to fix the heat and they've lied to my face everytime about it, making excuses, and just trying to get me to leave them alone. No more, heed my post, don't get scammed here.
