I've lived here for 2 years now. It's quiet, safe and reasonably priced. I've lived in a few different apartments in Greensboro and this is by FAR the best for the price
people in the leasing office are very professional, polite and always going the extra mile to satisfy tenants. the neighborhood is quiet and the maintenance department always responds to issues prompt and efficiently.
I've lived here about 6 months now and I've really liked it so far. Nice, safe area. No bug problems. I haven't had any issues with anything that's needed fixing yet. My electric bill doesn't get too high even though I have a vaulted ceiling (that I love). Plenty of storage space (walk-in closet in bedroom, storage closet next to porch, etc.) Never had any trouble finding a parking space. I wish there were another treadmill in the gym but that's about my only complaint. Overall it's been great.
I was looking for an apartment to rent to downsize from our current, and called these apartments on a Sunday in order to check availability for a one bedroom. Had a pleasant conversation saying that they had availabilities for our time frame, and we set an appointment for Tuesday. I show up at my appointment time, there is no one in the office. I wait for maybe 15 minutes until someone comes from the back and realizes I'm there. Told her of my appointment and she proceeds to tell me I "must have talked to their answering service, and there are no availabilities".
If there were none, why was I told there were several available, and no record notice of my appointment? I just feel like I was lied to, or at the very least, drawn in by an answering service that does little else than get people to visit the property. I would have liked to rent here, seemed like a great price for a good size apartment, but that is no longer even an option, or desire in my mind.
I rated my satisfaction as fair because I have ended up passing more to live here in regards to electricity, than I did too maintain my house. I have reported several times that my ac unit is not functioning properly(it was not working at all when I moved in) it starts 10 degrees or more higher than actual setting and ac is not chilling and continues to run constantly now my electric bill is$240 I am just counting down the months until my lease ends
