Apartment was not move in ready...after i paid the high deposit and rent. i had to clean the apartment myself and after informing management they said they would take $150 next month's rent...not to mention it costs $300 for the carpet cleaning. Emergency maintenance never responds to emergencies....one of my emergencies was a flooded toilet. I would not recommend moving into these apartments as they appear to be nice and are inexpensive but once you're moved in is when you really see all the issues with the apartment and the lackluster care from EVERYONE in the front office. There is a lot of potential but management needs to do better

ROACH INFESTED APARTMENTS!!! Doesnt spray for bugs at all . POOR MANAGEMENT SINCE DAY ONE. Once I got the chance to leave I ran and once I was almost gone the leasing office came in a stole my belongings and didnt care. PLEASEEEEEE DO NOT RENT!!!!
