Zero stars. My grandma is older and never stayed in an apartment so she asked me to handle things for her. My grandma told me she called them yesterday because they never called back when they were supposed to and the MANAGER got nasty with her accusing my grandmother of being me. My grandmother then offered to come to the office so they can verify her in person and the manager told her not to come. Then they denied her application this morning via email (but they supposedly open at 10am and its 8 something) saying she has bad credit which is for a fact untrue, she has a great credit score and has been approved for much nicer apartments. This was just the one that had the most convenient move in date. They dont get back to you in a timely manner, we also rode out there and asked tenants how it was and they warned us not to waste our time and lots of the apartments are roach infested. Glad my grandmother has other options!!

Since they've changed to us paying for water I have had 2 payments...one for $73 and the next month for $74 and this is normal to them and with no W/D hookup either. I sit in my hallway and watch the needle run and hear the toilet hissing when no water has been turned on but they continuously tell me I have no leak. When my toilet finally stopped it had been 7 gallons that passed through. I guess either I'm stupid or a liar in their eyes. I am so aggravated at this time and plan to find me another place ASAP before next month, the signing of my new lease. Looking in my toilet for a few seconds does not qualify as an inspection to me. I run my own business and would never treat my clients as if they didn't know what they were talking about, I do everything I can to make them happy and comfortable. Don't get me wrong this place has been quiet and my neighbors are so respectful and nice. I would hate to leave, but I can't keep paying this high water and then a rent increase as well. I don't mind the rent increase but $74 for one person and no W/D....I would have to be running water all day everyday

Seeing reviews where a landlord cares about his tenants and stuff makes me want to move here. You take the time to get things done. I can honestly say better then the landlords up here!! I am searching for a place. When it comes to the time of when I am going to move o believe me this is where I want to be
New owners but same concerns. When it snows, expect nothing. There's no plowing, the sidewalks are not cleared, and concrete stairs have no traction. No ice melt applied; you're on your own. I don't even think they have a snow shovel! But they have plenty of excuses.
I suggested they invest in a snow blower or even a plow. Too logical, I suspect. Another property more concerned with money than resident safety.
