City View is a beautiful community. Coming from a major city, Boston, I didn''??t know what to expect from Greensboro, NC. I quickly learned that City View was the best complex for me. With bi-monthly socials, hosted by the City View staff, I was able to meet great friends and learn about the city quickly. The Staff at City View made my transition seamless and they''??ve been nothing less than spectacular! I love this complex''??it''??s truly a place away from home.

Really love the location to downtown restaurants and the staff have been friendly. I needed emergency maintenance once, and they fixed the issue quickly. Otherwise haven't had much interaction with maintenance, which is fine by me! Enjoy living here.

I'm on my 3rd least now and unfortunately the place has gotten progressively worse, The stairs are almost always dirty the gates keep malfunctioning sometimes you cannot get into the place, The trash dump is almost always awful and I'm check with the city and because of non compliance we are only down to one recycle can that means that people hero not being Effective recyclers... I believe that the maintenance guys do a great job here when you asked for repairs they are in a timely fashion and usually well done..
BUT PLEASE TELL ME WHY AFTER ALMOST THREE YEARS HERE I STILL HAVE TO GO DOWNSTAIRS TO LET MY COMPANY INTO THE BUILDING...THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE .

While we're glad you're satisfied with the superb work of our maintenance team, we want the rest of your experience to be just as good. Rest assured your words aren't lost on us and we noted your concerns about trash disposal, recycling, gates, and guest entry. Stay tuned as new keypads will be installed on the gates in the coming months! We are also in conversation with the city regarding the recycling program. Unfortunately the city is experiencing this same issue city wide and are working on a resolution.

CityView is in a wonderful position in the city, very nice, and reasonably priced on most amenities in comparison to the other apartments in town. However, management is inconsistent and lazy. This has gotten better over the course of a year that I have been here, but still we are having MAJOR issues with communication and proactiveness. I would recommend you living here, if you are okay with constantly having to fight with management.

I have lived here for over two years. Location and actual apartments are nice, but management is absolutely horrible. They have owed me $500 for about 14 months now. They do not respond to my emails about it and every time I ask them about it in person (too many times to count at this point), they brush me off and assure me its coming, but Im certain it never will. I had a cockroach problem until I got a cat (and paid the $300 pet deposit) to chase them off. The pool always opens late in the summer and closes early. The elevator in my building was broken for months in 2017. The security gates have been broken at several different times. Its rare to find a parking spot close to your building. The internet is slow if it will work at all. Its not worth paying the ridiculously high rent just to deal with the incompetent management here. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.
