I WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYBODY TO MOVE IN THESES APARTMENTS....FIRST THEY HAVE BUGS IN THERE BREEZEWAY AREA,The apartment management is very rude, They think they can talk to you any kind of way no matter the age category. Also when there giving out information that you need answers too they switch it up, which is unorganized so why should anybody want to move to a place that doesnt have there information right. Their pipes are NOT good, old, and nasty, they need to replace them. Water has been leaking out of my dishwasher leaving behind a bad odor ON TOP of that my toilet was flooded, about 7 times ,mold also was on my wall because of the build up water from the water heater. So with this being said I wouldn't recommend this to my kids and they are grown and out the door.
All of the appliances have been horrible, we have been here a month and the dishwasher already has been leaking (twice now), the garbage disposal wasn't working when we moved in, and the pool was advertised but it isn't working. It's unfortunate, because if I would have known all of this before moving here then I probably wouldn't have moved in here- after moving from many states away. I do love the quietness, it's in a great location and the people are friendly, but since a lot of the appliances aren't working and I still have to pay a decent price rent wise then it's rather cumbersome for the lack of amenities that I currently have even though they were advertised as such. Moving in the apartment was not clean, there was a lot of fresh paint (including on the carpet, which we cleaned immediately and there was no way it was cleaned before us) but the closet doors had little handprints all over them and there was a drawer missing in our kitchen which we have yet to recieve. It's been a lot of runaround, and I am not too pleased. I wish there would have been more communication in regards to out move, as well. Overall not the best relocation experience, I'm hoping the pool will be open soon.
Geese are everywhere and so are their droppings.
The mailboxes are easy to break into.
Apparently my old neighbors had mold problems.
There were fleas when I moved in.
The lease stated you must give sixty days notice before leaving. I didn't get a friendly reminder until thirty days before my lease ends.
There's a laundry area but you have to pay five dollars for a card and its 1.50 for wash, 1.25 for dry.
I've frequently seen cop cars parked outside of neighboring buildings.
