Pleasant and welcoming. Exactly what I'm looking for plus reasonable rent amounts.
Love living here ! Some of the reviews are really bad but none of them are true ! The office always answers everyone is super helpful ! The prices are great !
When I first moved here in Summer 2019, Brannon Park was under management with Pacifica Mizell. That was changed to Willow Creek late 2019. After the initial adjustment period, one of the staff members that made me feel most comfortable with the change was Ms. Eith. She's really kind and thoughtful. She will take the time to talk to everyone she comes in contact with. Not only will she talk to you, but she will connect with you. She is beloved among the residents in Brannon Park. When I have work orders, she ensures they are handled quickly. When I had a package that was too heavy to carry back to apartment, she had the maintenance guys help me bring it back. She's truly a joy to have in the office especially because the people that worked there were not as welcoming and friendly. I've had my most interactions with Ms. Eith but Cameron and Kelsey in the office are really nice and helpful too.
Absolutely DISGUSTING place to live. The management could literally not care any less about the people who live here. Need something fixed? - IT WONT HAPPEN. Even essential things like broken toilets, faucets or A/C will not get fixed. Many areas around the complex smell like human poop, some kind of plumbing issue they refuse to fix. Absolutely DISGUSTING from management to the lake they let fill with garbage.
I WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYBODY TO MOVE IN THESES APARTMENTS....FIRST THEY HAVE BUGS IN THERE BREEZEWAY AREA,The apartment management is very rude, They think they can talk to you any kind of way no matter the age category. Also when there giving out information that you need answers too they switch it up, which is unorganized so why should anybody want to move to a place that doesnt have there information right. Their pipes are NOT good, old, and nasty, they need to replace them. Water has been leaking out of my dishwasher leaving behind a bad odor ON TOP of that my toilet was flooded, about 7 times ,mold also was on my wall because of the build up water from the water heater. So with this being said I wouldn't recommend this to my kids and they are grown and out the door.
