Love this neighborhood !!!
Great job by the ladies in the rental office. Very helpful and courteous.
Unit condition at move in was excellent.
Common areas and landscaping kept clean and repaired
I like the gate system to control traffic but am concerned about news reports of crime spree in the vacinity of the apartment.
Could a code be offered to local law enforcement to swing thru the property on night patrol?
It seems they are better than their sister complex, Palmer house apt is horrible. They have roaches. And blame everyone except their horrible landscaping. They told me to move out. If I didn't like conditions. Smh. It's the ghetto..ppl wear dirty regular clothes to swim in. It's sad
The space in our apartment here at Blackthorn is great! Everyone that come by are amazed at how much space we have. We enjoy it here, but like nearly all of apartment living, you sometimes hear your neighbors.
Overall, I am happy with these apartments. However, I think some improvements could be made to help the community overall. For instance-- designating certain parking areas for specific buildings. The building I live in has limited parking due to its location, and we are constantly losing parking spaces to people who actually live in the building(s) across from us. Those buildings have parking on two difference sides and we only have the space in front of our building.
