    The amenities listed are not available. The park is literally one swing set. The laundry room and gym have not been open for a year and a half. You cant go into the office although covid is over and they closed the pool mid july to punish all tenants for one tenants actions. The floors and walls are paper thin but they have postings about not being too loud. I can literally hear my neighbor if they are having a phone call(not yelling). Alot of dead bugs in the hallways. Management does not power wash or maintain those areas. Just ones that can be seen driven through. There is one dumpster near the entrance. Its about a 10min walk to the dumpster. Its not handicap friendly. Those prices listed are from 3 years ago. Prices start around $1200.

    Jan2019 ***I stayed in Blackthorn for about 7yrs. The new management is HORRIBLE! Calls are not returned. I notified the apartment manager(Renee) multiple times about a MOLD issue in my apartment and for 3 months nothing was done but placing a dehumidifier in the apt for 3 days which did nothing. A neighbor in the same building moved out 2 weeks before I did due to the same mold issues in their apartment.
