I wish my husband and I had never moved here. The management never fixes anything. They didn't fix the entrance gate for months. Then when they did supposedly fix it they knew half the key cards would not work but turned the locked gate back on anyway. The key cards that previously worked did not work. Residents have been lined up outside of the gate at night on various nights. People have had to go through the exit gate to get in the apartments. This is dangerous and the result of improper and very poor management. I would strongly suggest looking somewhere else. Additionally, when you call matiance about this problem they just say they are the only ones recieving the call and they can't do anything. The definition of maintance is the process of maintaining or preserving someone or something, or the state of being maintained. The definition of maintance worker is defined as an individual who is responsible for themaintenanceandrepairof a single building or a group of buildings.So how is the person respnding to maitance phones incable and it not his problem? Again never live here it is a big mistake

Overall have completely enjoyed living here....for numerous years! The current staff....Claire and Jamie....are fantastic! My apartment is VERY nice, comfortable and truly Home! There is a reason I continue to renew my lease.

I cannot believe that a community in such a great location, central to everything, in a great school zone, with wonderful amenities, so new and clean..... Would be so affordable! I am blown away with the friendliness of the office staff. It has been nothing but wonderful here. We love it.
