      I have lived here for about 7 years or so and seen many office staff come and go but Charles has been in the office for sometime and has always been very helpful. While I have had issues with maintenance in the past the newer maintenance staff has done responding in a timely manner. The apartments are very spacious and the closets are HUGE!!! Wish the kitchen was a bit bigger and had more counter space. Very close to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants. Many within walking distance. Price is reasonable for the space you get.

      I lived in Amber Ridge since 2018 and there were always issues. Overly packed parking, garbage overflow, pool is always under repair, closet sized gym space. When I finally moved out I asked multiple time to contact me when she does the walkthrough for the apartment so I can address them and avoid added charged. 2 months i waited for the walkthrough...They pushed the walk till the final day of my lease, and charged me for every minimal thing (that I could have easily addressed had she contacted me) This place is not worth the headache

      Do not live here if you enjoy nice peace and quiet because you will not get it here. If it's not people blasting music outside on their balcony then it'll be inside. You can hear everything through the thin walls and floors, conversations, dogs barking, music, whatever makes noise you will hear it. This place is trashy and has roaches everywhere it's not worth it, look anywhere else but here.

      I'm a senior, mostly here alone, but I feel safe and secure. My neighbors are friendly, and very helpful if I need them. There was ONE tenant 2 floors down that was a complete nuisance, but after few calls, he was O.U.T.! I'm happy, maintenance accommodating, friendly, office staff knows me, they're accommodating as well. Parking not that great on weekends, no bugs in my apt, clean balcony, personally, my children enjoy the place knowing I'm safe! MY only con....no W/D in apt...I hate walking down to laundry, but it IS clean, $6 for wash n dry. I recommend the W. Cone side

      Amber Ridge is a great community to live in. My children and I love the serenity of the complex. The office staff are pleasant, and address any concerns that I may have in a timely manner. The rent is affordable ad consolidates majority of my bills into one, so that I still have time to save money. I would recommend anyone to come live out here!
