What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Graham

It's a historical neighborhood. There's a lot of different restaurants in walking distance. Every one in the neighborhood is friendly and caring.

Most neighborhoods in this area are very safe. This is one of them. Many places to eat, fast-food, restaurants, shopping centers, Library, very few bars in this area. Enjoy going to malls, restaurants, library, parks, etc.

Its so quiet and peaceful, Yesterdays Grill is right up the street very popular resturaunt out my way, if you live close by you know what im talking about. The haw River is down there and they've made shops and restuarants out of the Old Cotton Mill

Small development that seems as if we are rural but highways are only a few miles away. Smaller cities very close, larger ones within 30 minutes.

The first thing I like is the fact the area is very quiet and consisting the fact that there are near schools and near restaurants and developed shops

Jasons deli and carrabbas are close by. We live on the coast near beaches that have museums to visit.
