I am 76 years young. I have been back into N C, since 2001. I had bought me home. Then I move to Mt. Olive, N C. To take care my BROTHER-in-law. It was not a good ideal. Now I need a place to live.
Love, love this community! Neighbors are friendly and some are anti-social, which is fine with me! Overall, great place for a family and to raise children
I wrote a review of this place on google search i wont here for the truth you wont post! But anybody that looks on google search will see it and i will continue this place is not worth the tears or folks hard earned money.. Good luck to anybody who has money to waste.
Rental rates are appropriate for given apartment. However, maintenance concerns always seem to be an issue. They drag out the time they can come to help, problems appear to be fixed for a week or so, the quality of the repairs is low, and they've come into the apartment sometimes without notifying me/without me present. At least give me a heads up as to when they'll be coming and respect that I'd like them to come while I'm home, not while I'm out.
Amazing place. Very clean. Secluded right off the heart of goldsboro.
