I have lived at Ballantyne Apts since Oct. 2016 and could not be more pleased. The entire office staff & maintenance men could not be more friendly & handle any issue up on request. The grounds are always spotless & apts. outside are very well light . I'am so pleased I chose Ballantyne for my home.
Apartments are extremely clean and nice! Landscaping, maintenance, location and staff are simply amazing!
I have lived here for 5 years. Just shortly after they opened. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. If I have a problem or a question, they an answer it or handle it in a timely manner. Love the salt water pool and the summer pool parties the complex puts on for us every year!

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
