There is a very nice, quiet and friendly environment at the Village. The staff are always helpful and considerate. Top notch!
I have lived at Ballantyne Apts since Oct. 2016 and could not be more pleased. The entire office staff & maintenance men could not be more friendly & handle any issue up on request. The grounds are always spotless & apts. outside are very well light . I'am so pleased I chose Ballantyne for my home.
The staff is quick to resolve any issues that come up for the residents. We have at least two police officers that live in our comes which makes me feel safer than if they weren't here. It is a quiet complex. The pool is nice and clean. We have monthly calendars put on our doors each month with activities within the complex as well as fun facts new movies coming out and tips and tricks for cooking cleaning etc...for Christmas they have everything we need to wrap our Christmas presents in the office. What an awesome thing. The ladies notify us immediately when a package is left in the office for us.
The apartment it self is nice except for when you have annoying neighbors. I feel if you decide to live in an apartment you lose your freedom verses living in a home due to you have to be a little more respectful to neighbors but instead you have people with kids stomping loud and neighbors that live below you that apparently dont have a television because you can hear their music and you live on top of them.
