Me & my grandson moved to the Landings about a month ago & its been terrible. Already went to managers 3 times about people up stairs Making all kinds of loud noises up to 4:00 in the morning everynight! Then ones who live above us came to me & was very rude & angry!! We are so miserable living here because of loud noises & rude neighbors! We are afraid to sit on our patio because of all the rudeness! I would not Recommend anyone to come and live here the people who live in our apartment building youre supposed to keep the outside door locked and they keep holding it open with bricks and then the girl upstairs come and tell me off and said that we better quit moving the brick and it supposed to stay locked this is so ridiculous and if we had not paid so much money to move in we would move out immediately! We like to her our money back to we can get outta here this place is all fake nobody will even listen to us when I went to the managers they kept saying take video and it seemed like everything that I was telling them was a lie and I didnt like that at all when I wasnt lying but what can I do about it we are gonna go back in the morning and try to get our lease shortened wish us luck!!!

This is not the experience that we want for our valued residents. We would love to speak with you in the office in regards to your concerns. We want everyone to enjoy the community and apartment home. We will take your concerns and look into them and provide a resolution. We hope that you will see our efforts in addressing the concerns that are brought to management.


Very very nasty office people and hallways are horrible with all types of things on the walls and floors, holes in the ceiling that were there for months and spiders and water bugs crawl out of them all day long. When you call and tell the office they get really rude and hang up and treat you like trash

We have a professional cleaning company that cleans the breezeway bi-weekly in efforts of maintaining the common interior breezeway area. We are thankful for the support from our wonderful residents who maintain the areas directly in front of their doorways. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to address these concerns.


Worst choice ever. Scammed me out of $1815.00. Nothing was done on move in day. Uninhabitable! Fakes advertising!

All apartments are inspected and appliances and systems checked. Any monies required would be outlined in the signed lease agreement for all valued residents.
