Loved the pics of your property. Looking for a new place.

Dont get sucked in by the lies of the amenities. You will never be able to use the pool. You will never be able to use the work out room. Its only open if the office is open. You will never get anything fixed. Trash everywhere- unless your close to the office. Outside looks like crap. Oh and when your central air goes out they will give you a window unit. Mold and leaks. Just dont do it. They will lie to you to suck you in. We are leaving ASAP.

The lighting in the parking lot is almost non existent. They take there time fixing things if at all. They use cheap paint inside that rubs off when trying to clean with very mild soap. They say they'll change your filter, but they don't. Our ceiling is cracked and get worse every time it rains. The pool was closed last summer because the water was green and apparently nobody could, or would get it right. I'm sure there's more I can't think of at the moment. Spend less because at least you'll know why it sucks. Stay away. As soon as our lease is up, we're out of here!
