Thomas went all out to assist me in finding the right place for me and in expediting my application! I think he deserves a double promotion and perks for great salesmanship and customer service.

I would not suggest this place to live. I moved in at the beginning of Feb under the impression that the whole property would be done with renovations by the end of March. It is the end of May and not even half of the renovations are done. We still don't have a pool, kids playground, basketball court, gym or office. My AC went out over a weekend and nobody would return my call. I ended up having to pay for a different company to come out and fix it because my apartment was over 90 degrees inside. Renovations in my apartment were not done perfessionally. There was a huge hole in my wall that they tried to cover with a mirror. The flooring has huge air pockets in it and the floors have sagging in it. They painted over issues on the walls and disn't even bother to fix the issues first. There is a a crack/hole in my tub that my son has gotten cut on already but they haven't replaced that. Just waiting on my lease to be up and I'm moving out.

I would not recommend. If you call installing granite, and new appliances renovated, you don't know what you're talking about. Very bad moldy/musty smell in the apartments. Walls were not repaired, just painted over, the floors are sagging, water damage on a bathroom cabinet was painted over,there is a gap between the bathtub and the floor, holes were filled with "Stuff" under the kitchen sink and there are wires hanging out, there is paint splatter on the floors, stove and countertops, which are pulling away from the walls and the grout is falling out. It's like putting lipstick on a pig! The only thing that truly got renovated was the clubhouse, and it is still not done. I have pics I wish I could post. STAY AWAY
