The new management team is horrible. Front office staff is only friendly when it's convenient to them, have complained about excessive noise multiple times and nothing has been done even though on the lease it says they should have been fined, the breezeways are always dirty, the lights on the outside of the buildings weren't working for for 2 years and were only recently fixed because the owner was coming. The management group only cares about the money which they don't even invest back into the property.
This community is so nice. Love the apartment. Super spacious with lots of closets. Lived here previously, but going to move back in. Love it here.
I'm not a resident; however, I taught a yoga class to some of the wonderful ladies at Stone Ridge. It felt like a close knit group of women. The manager and staff there are also very professional and hospitable, at the same time. The club room was clean and inviting. If I didn't have a home, I would definitely love to call Stone Ridge home!
If you are looking for moderately priced, quiet, well maintained, pet friendly apartments with quick response to maintenance requests, Stone carriage is the way to go. I am very happy with these apartments and the management. Stephanie was very helpful and caring.
Very disappointed in the "new management" very unfriendly. Needed to print an important document for our up coming trip. Management ran out of ink. So I asked if she could print it out. She said no. She need to inforce policy. We what about keeping the business center running to take care of business? I certainly hope "she" is only a temporary fixture!!!
