Have not arrived yet, but PAGO staff has made renting long distance from Florida seamless! Im looking forward to being back in Fayetteville.

I promise you that I am saving you time, headache, and money when I tell to not rent from this place. Nothing is ever done in a timely manner and when it is done, it is poorly done. This place is not worth the money. Property Management dont take responsibility most of the time either.

We recently moved to The Preserve and love it here! Our apartment is very nice and I especially love the amenities -- the gym is huge and fully stocked which is a big plus! My wife and I love taking walks and walking throughout this community is so nice because it's beautiful and there's tons of greenery throughout. We would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Old units, mold, moist dirty carpets, poor managementmove at your own risk. Very very disappointing.

I used to think highly of this property, but since Hurricane Florence hit they have proven to be horrible! The property is poorly managed and has gone down hill since I moved in here April of 2018. I am so disappointed and will likely not renew my lease.
