Horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible place to live . The black lady is really rude, they rob you out of your money, apartments are way over price , Pest problem. The apartments look horrible

This is the worst apartment complex in Fayetteville. The internet is slow and the staff is rude. They do not inform you the buildings are not wired for spectrum, so you are forced to buy internet through them. On top of that you also have to buy a $100 modem just to have access to the horrible internet. The staff in complete unprofessional. They lost my rent check twice and they came into my apartment without me knowing. I would never live here again. Would not recommend. Your money is better spent somewhere else.

I have loved my time here. Plan on staying longer than expected for the simple fact that it's cheap and affordable, and all shopping centers are close by. Very cheap gas right outside the apartment complex. They have roving security at night and I have not had any trouble since I've lived here. Office staff and Maintenance personnel are well informed and respectful. The apartments were very clean prior to move in, as they stated. Also zero issue with parking.
