Place is awh full staff is extremely rude they charge full months rent even though the buildings have been condemned and in livable for almost a whole month. Staff is extremely lazy and it would take maintenance request months to get fixed, also it is not very pet friendly and the building are poorly built with very thin walls you can literally hear your neighbors conversations I cant wait to leave.

Mine and four other buildings are condemned due to damages and they have no intentions of helping us relocate, reimbursing us for the rent we paid while not being able to live in the apartment, or let us break my lease without fines. They even expect us to keep paying rent while the building is still condemned. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

Please listen to my review and dont stay here even as a last resort. At the very least 5 building in this complex were condemned due to hurricane Florence. That happened on sept the 15th here it is the 20th and we still havent received no update from the office. Many people that were displaced by this have tried to file claims on there insurance to have some place to live. However the office is unwilling to help anyone out. Multiple people having contacted them for insurance claims and they will not provide the information for people to be able to have a place to stay. On top of that despite none of use having a place to live they will not let us break lease without paying a fee. I understand and can work with a natural disaster causing problems but they have been nothing but unwilling to help and rude when you are actually able to get through to the office. Many people are left without places to stay for there families due to this and they do nothing to help.

Leaving here Sunday. The units are nice and there is little to no noise between the apartments. The issue that I have is with management. If you have guests stay over and go to the poo TOGETHER, they begin harassing you that the guest needs to be added to your lease. THEY ARE MY GUEST NOT LIVING WITH ME!! This hapapend several times. The manager of this complex seems to not have enough to keep herself busy. She spends her time questioning residents and their guests. My guest and I stopped at the office after using the pool to inform the office that the gate to pool was broken. Without even addressing the issue, the woman began asking who was listed on the lease. Not even a concern or appreciation that I was notifying her of a safety issue. I am happy to be moving back to my home state and back to the house that I own. While the place is quiet and. Ice for an apartment, management is overbearing. I understand liability and how people can abuse apartmentz by letting others move in, however, you cannot assume that every tenants guest is moving in.

The units are pretty nice, you do not hear your neighbors much at all. My biggest issue is that there is no longer recycling available. It is 2018 I do not understand why Wellington Advisors does not care about the planet???
