Keystone at Fayetteville

The New Management has really turned this place around. The Staff is friendly and the maintenance team is on top of their game. It's a great location & very convenient to everything. The property is beautiful with lots of trees and very quiet. We love the clubhouse and pool.

They are so badly managed. Every time I go in the office there is a new person working there and nobody knows anything that's going on. We leased for a year and every month they tell us a different rent price and want to act like I owe them anything. When we first moved in they told us the apartment was move in ready and when I went in, there was trash everywhere. Every single door that should of been installed already was on the floor or leaning on the wall. There was trash everywhere. Even somebody's unfinished lunch. I can't wait to leave this place. I've lived here for a bit over 2 years now. Recently, my building had a water heater blow and it flooded out my unit. Thankfully, none of my personal possessions were damaged, but the carpets and flooring were destroyed along with the lower end of the walls. The assistant manager and the staff were awesome in helping me get a new unit on the property as well as assisting me in moving my belongings. I signed another year lease with the because of this. The only things that could use improvement is a couple of buildings could use better accessibiity and the tennis court needs a resurfacing. The property is in a good location right near Cliffdale & Skibo and I'd recommend it to anyone, especially if you like easy access to the shopping, dining and highway.
