I lived here less than 6 months. Fortunately I was able to move out early. They apartment was trash when I signed for it. After moving in I realized how bad it was. Carpet was disgusting, cabinets broke often, ceiling and walls were not clean and needed a paint job, window screens were broken or missing and the management did not care and when I complained several times NOTHING was done. I left that apartment in FAR better condition than what I found it and they still kept $390.25 of my $400 deposit because I didnt turn in my move in assessment sheet. This property is trash and the management is worse. I will not mention that the pet free property has several tenants with dogs, some of which are likely on most communities breed restrictions. Again mentioning that to the office does Nothing as well.

i lived here 3 years and would have stayed if the people downbelow was not wrecking havoc. they were banging doors at all hrs yelling. kids hanging around on the steps outside your door, was on 3rd floor that ii had to leave. the rent was good and maintenance was good. had a washer and dryer which was great. stores near by. just sorry I had to leave as these people payed no mind to office personnel. just did what they wanted to do.

I enjoyed living there. Staff was nice. I like being close to stores that I could walk if I wanted to. The price is right! I had one small issue maintenance took care of it. I might move back soon!
