    I lived here for 1 year and had a great experience. The staff including Ms. Barbara were excellent with communication and customer service. My apartment was luxurious and included a washer and dryer in cost. Any issues that occurred were swiftly resolved. The price was good for a 1 Bedroom 1 Bath. I felt very safe in the neighborhood which was one of my main priorities being a woman living alone. It is pretty quiet and family friendly. Parking got a little tight some nights but not a regular occurrence. Overall I would recommend it to my family and friends.

    I would give zero stars if I could but unfortunately I cant. I am a medically retired army combat paratrooper of ten years. I am now facing homelessness with my wife and 12 year old son because of a lapse in 20 dollar renters insurance. Please take my review seriously veterans, or anyone else for that matter. My family has stayed here for 3 years. In that time payed rent and renters insurance and in that time seen multiple employees come and go..... In that time repairs take months to get fixed if they are fixed at all..... Parking is minimal and towing enforced to the guests of tenants who live here When my wife found out our renters insurance had lapsed we immediately fixed it...... The office employees gave us the impression that we would be ok when in fact we were not. We were told we could not renew our lease by the regional leasing manager. This is with 16 days notice to vacate. Listen up veterans our move out date with improper notice was memorial day week. So much for my sacrifices right? When my wife told the regional manager that she was turning in a CDC moratorium her reply was that we were not getting evicted. We were just unable to live here because of the lapse in renters insurance. That's her way to circumvent federal prosecution. With that being said, if a veteran's sacrifice is not worth 20 dollars and common sense and decency then I will gladly take homelessness. Ask yourself if this is the type of business you want providing you a home. This is not the end of this review. I am going to court, the newspaper, and television networks until my voice is heard. I hope this review is taken seriously because you could be next.

    This place is nice but the stuff is terrible and i changed my mind to move in. The stuff who assist me dont have manners, cannot even smile to the new comer and all words came out on her mouth i dont like it. Why people have to be look so high standard even though you talk to them nicely. I like this apartment but not the service I dont care to pay expensive rent but the most I care to the people who should show their professional and have manners to the costumer who should be comfortable to live here. Maybe Ill be back to this apartment if they have a nice stuff because I like this apartment so much

    Dont move here! The worse parking issues, management micromanaged everything in your house, inspections make you feel like like this place isnt your home. It's horrible

    Rumor has it that the management is revengeful so Im not leaving the review Id like to post. Just wait until I move out! This is HORRIBLE place to live. DO NOT waste your money. Live in the cheap apartments that are in the hood, youll pay way less and get the same outcome. This place is a disaster, Im telling you dont do it! You pay to have granite counter tops thats it. The people who live here are just as bad as the people youd find at any other place. Dont fall for the nice interior. Its not even nice though. You can hear everything, if somebody lets their door shut on its own, the whole side of the building shakes, the AC is crap, they say they will fix all the issues before you move it, but you can tell there were holes in the doors that they just painted over. When we first moved in, you could see the lines where the carpet had been cleaned, but I was unpacking boxes and had my shoes off and at the end of the day my feet were black. They must have sanded things down, but never cleaned the dust up, so I ended up getting a sinus infection my first week here. So this is my nice review. Ill be back in a few months to tell you all do the details about the management. Enjoy!
