Well I've been living in Barrington Place for about two and a half years and things have been great. The location is perfect because I'm in between restaurants, plazas, bars, stores, and near the mall so everything I need is right around the corner. The staff is wonderful and is always willing to help you with whatever you need. Not to mention the rent is significantly cheap than other neighborhoods nearby which save me money. With all said and done if you can't beat us join us!

Repairs are done quickly and without problems. Security here is adiquate I have no fear of danger. If there is a residence problem or dissturbance it is handled quickly. Remodling was done in a second hand quality but that is something that I am sure will disapear in time as normal matainace take place.

The management is excelent, The Manager is the best, she goes out of her way 110% to keep her residents happy and any maintenance issue is super fast.

What is a Certified ResidentCertified Resident Review?

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.

Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
