I feel that this residents is my best choice for my family. The commute with schools and work.
Satisfied with location, staff, and timely crew.
I moved here in March the gates is always open also my building is disgusting dirty everytime you ask the office start to come clean the building they say they are working on it or lie and says its been done the stairs are nasty the walls roaches , everything in the halls the garbage guy comes way past the time hes supposed to pick up our garbage . The only positive thing is when I put in a maintenance order they come to my home fast even though I trust the old people way better . These new office people seem to have a lot of attitude one lady was so rude when they first arrived . No one keeps their dogs on a leash like they are supposed one almost bit my kid !!! So just wish they clean our buildings like they are supposed to or I will be contacting their bosses !!
Just recently moved here, and I love it already. Staff is extremely friendly and my move in was easy! Prices are great and the location is decent.
Moving to Ardmore Pointe was one of the biggest mistakes I made coming to Fayetteville. At first the staff was very welcoming but before moving out they underwent a change of management and it has been an extremely frustrating process since then. They will charge you for anything they can and it will cost you big. If you can move somewhere else do, it's just not worth it at this place. Very disappointed.
