It's hard to stay positive some days because I have to put brain power into figuring out how to work around the people who manage our apartments. I doubt I'm the only one who thinks their job is to make our stay easier and more enjoyable without being seen or heard. At $950/month, I expect better living conditions. POOL IS ONLY OPEN DURING WORK OFFICE HOURS. 9:00 am-5:00 pm (sometimes) and never on weekends when they are closed. We went the entire three-day Memorial Day weekend without pool access. They had a year to figure out and failed miserably to do so. (Issue since Summer 2022) PUBLIC SAFETY. Nobody is notified of anything that happens around here. We used to have monthly meetings with the old owners and management, but for the last year or two, we're in the dark. (June 2024) LAUNDRY. Laundry room is always a wreck because it's only picked up every other day or even once a week. Hard to tell if there's a pattern to the service. (June 2024) OFFICE IS NOW CLOSED ON SATURDAYS. (October 2022) I CALLED AT 5:24 TODAY TO REPORT TRESPASSERS ON PROPERTY (THEY CLOSE AT 5:30) AND IT DIRECTED ME TO THEIR MAIN OFFICE. (November 2022). PEST CONTROL is paid for every single month but they only come around if you call them due to critters in your unit. Spiders, ants, centipedes, wasps: I've seen it all in my apartment. (June 2024) DOG FECES IS AN ISSUE. NOBODY IS PICKING UP AND THERE IS NO REINFORCEMENT. This has been rectified. (June 2024) NO NOTES. If maintenance enters your unit, they will not leave a note letting you know that someone was there. (June 2024) THEY DON'T LISTEN TO RESIDENTS. None of our complaints have been been addressed. However, my rent has gone up from $625ish to almost $950 between 2019 and 2023 and they have nothing and there are NO improvements. (June 2024) They do everything NC law let's them do. It's truly unethical and immoral the way Ben Stout and Amora West management runs this place. I used to love it but it's crap now. (June 2024)

Great first apartment! I really enjoyed my stay while I was living in Fayetteville!

Sequoya and Aliena were wonderful to speak with. The property is well maintained and the landscaping is very pretty. I am looking forward to using the pool.
