What Renters Like and Dislike About Fayetteville

Had a code and is after, has a gym , has a like going to the mailbox with family basketball court and playground

It's an older established neighborhood. Many residents are retired or professionals. Newer street lights and well maintained lawns.

It is a well established with nice big trees and families living there. I am glad that most people own their homes not many renters. Which is nice.

It is quiet and peaceful. There is no crime. I will now fill space because I can think of nothing else.

its very quite and peaceful. a shopping mall is nearby where you can buy everything with your family

It is very close to everything. I can walk to the mall, some restaurants, stores and convenient getting to the highway
