I LOVE my apartment. The finishings are beautiful, the grounds are well maintained, the amenities are nice and the staff is always so pleasant!
I like covered parking, valet trash service, printing capabilities, and the downstairs gym. I also love the location.
As a recent college graduate moving to Durham from out of state, I don't think I could've picked a better place to settle into. From such a prime location, I am a 10-15 minute walk from virtually anywhere in downtown Durham--restaurants, bars, music and theatre venues, salons, boutiques, and other businesses. Furthermore, staff is always friendly, maintenance is prompt, there are more than enough parking spaces, and the pool and gym are always open and well-maintained.
The amenities are excellent and the entire property is focused around ease of use and providing security and safety to its residents. The staff is extremely helpful, prompt, and courteous.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
