Before Dasmen took over this was a decent place to live. Now that Dasmen is here we get billed for 'Trash Valet' despite having nobody actually pick up your trash. They haven't done any maintenance on the buildings, so they look as if they are dressed up for Halloween as abandoned buildings. They've been 'renovating' the front office for so long that the new front office is ran out of a spare apartment. I believe we have one maintenance guy for the entire complex, and good luck getting your ticket looked at. Everyone in my building is complaining about leaking roofs and mold from the neighboring apartments spreading into their bathrooms. But hey, at least they promised to put USB ports in our kitchens, and if you pay your rent on time, you can earn enough points where they'll put a ceiling fan in your apartment! Stay away.
I thought this was a nice place to live but trying to get maintenance do anything I put a work order in over a months ago at the office and I just resubmitted another work order for the same thing online 5 daa ago still hasn't gotten anything done. I might have to resort to holding my rent until it gets done or call the Cities Health Inspector. But if you are looking to move here thoroughly check your apartment before you sign your lease
I agree with the last person. This place is a disaster since it changed over to Triangle Place. My kitchen sink has been leaking for 2 weeks and they still have not come to fix it. There are no amenities available but still we have to pay for it. The trash is a hit or miss and is always picked up very late. They started the upgrade on my apartment, but never finished. I have been getting the microwave for 4 months now. The gate never works. The office staff is not helpful. It's always, "I'm not sure, I don't know, It's out of my control." My carpet is now very dirty because they keep running in and out doing everything but completing work orders. I have never experienced this type of service in any apartment complex. Do not move here; maybe in the long future, but not now.
If you are looking to rent here with the current owners I would keep looking elsewhere. They have no consideration or respect for the people that live here and pay there rent. There is NO pool and it doesn't look like it will open this summer. And of course NO ONE will tell you anything. I want out of my lease NOW without penalties so I can enjoy the amenities that I pay for each month.
Do NOT move here. This place has become a disaster since it changed from bainbridge to triangle place. They do not have a working phone line. There is only a general number that is never answered. Maintenance never gets done. They force you to pay rent and put in maintenance requests using an app that doesnt work. My neighbor does not have heat or air-conditioning. Instead of replacing the unit, they put a small window air conditioner in one of the rooms which leaves the rest of the top floor apartment very warm. They are trying to make the place seem more high-end so they can charge more. They charge $25 a month for a trash valet service where uniformed employees pick up your trash from outside your door everyday between 8 pm and 10 pm. In reality, a guy in a sketchy SUV that has a bag for a window and a rickety old trailer picks up your trash at 12-2 am if it is picked up at all. The pool and dog park are closed. The office will not give a completion date for either project. They are forcing everyone in the complex to pay for cable tv and internet through a new contract with spectrum. Maybe when all the repairs are done and the app is working this will be a nice place to live, but until then it is a nightmare dealing with the management.
