Things never function properly, the security gate seldom works, maitanance never comes to fix things,and they charge unheard of fees to accumulate more money to fix the complex at the residents expense. Online payment methods dont work properly and the front office is closed most days rent is due. They often have spider infestation outside of all entry doors which leads to a few inside of the home. They never come to replace the vents which lead to an outrageous electric bill several occasions. I will not b renewing my lease as all of these flaws are due to a company takeover of the complex formerly known as Bainbridge In the Park now known as Triangle Place in Durham, NC.

I was super excited when I moved here May 2017 but now I regret that I did. Let's start with the front gate. No access card, no problem. I'm not sure why there's even a front gate because it is forever broken so anyone can get in. Even when the gate is working, you can simply walk around it or just tailgate in because of the ongoing traffic into and out of the apartment complex. I honestly believe it is only there so they can claim that this is a "gated community". There is literally no reason for it to be there. Not only is the gate a pointless feature, it also creates a lot of noise. When a car drives through the gate, you can hear a loud, gun shot like noise that you will never get use to. Speaking of loud noises, the walls of the apartments are really thin so you can hear everything and I mean EVERYTHING. One of my neighbors said he can hear me singing in the shower and I believe it because I can hear him cut on the light as he walks into his bathroom. I constantly get woken up at all times of the day and night by inconsiderate neighbors who blast their music in their car or a car alarm. THERE IS ALWAYS A CAR ALARM SOUNDING! Right now as I'm typing, there's a car alarm going off and it's the third one, oh wait fourth one of the morning (a second car alarm just went off). I'm not sure if it is because someone's car is getting broken into but the car alarm literally sounds like the car is right outside my door when it's really the next few buildings down. Even though I lived in the building closer to the front office, I can still hear the ongoing traffic on MLK. If you are thinking about moving here, please be advised that there is a few companies on Industry lane, that use transfer trailer trucks and usually start their day around 4 a.m., which means you start your day ato 4 a.m.. This place is so bad, I ran out of characters for this review. Bottom line, DO NOT MOVE HERE!

From first speaking with a leading rep. We were eager to take a tour of the community. The staff are kind and helpful and the maintenance staff are responsive. The community itself is well maintained and beautiful. The dog park is amazing and my dog loves playing there and it gives him opportunity to make some friends as well as us a chance to be aquatinted with other residents. They have vendors that make sure the buildings are well-kept and leaves are removed. We haven't been here long, but we are very happy with our decision to join this community. Five stars and two thumbs up from my little family.
