    Management is unreliable, can never get in touch with, the one maintenance guy is being worked to death running between 2 apartment complexes and this one is being "renovated." The renovations are half-***. The don't notify anyone if any changes or anything going on bc of renovations like if the water is being shut off, they outsource HVAC and Plumbing to Raleigh companies so it takes hours or days (or weeks) for them to arrive (Durham has great businesses too) if they even do arrive. The BUGS are no joke! Mold, flooding, car break-ins, drugs, inconsiderate neighbors,. Don't expect anything to get done in a timely manner and if it does, it's probably wrong. 10/10 would NOT recommend!
