    First off lets talk about bugs, that's right roaches. Second it is the renters who has to pay the fumigation. So when you consider the fact that there are 8 apartments in one building roaches will move when sprayed. Simple Biology. This complex will nickel and dime you to death just so you know. These people can't be trusted.

    If you have an expectation of using the pool look elswhere. Its August 8 and the.pool is closed. They spend a lot of money on this property but very a little on the residents amenities ( except for a very nice expensive lock on the pool. Thats right.) Or in other words not following thru On what they promised. If you want a pool just look next door to us, Strawberry Hills. Their pool is always open, and they have the same access to trails and parks etc.

    I no longer stay there...but I went without air conditioning for at least 2 months, the closet doors never stayed on hinge, and the patio door was never fixed
