$400.00 off 1st month rent of a classic unit. Lease must start before 9/30/2020.
I enjoy living at the Preserve at the Park. The apartment complex is always kept very clean, and the management is extremely friendly and responsive. I have never had any issues during the one and a half years since I have lived in this great community.
I have been here for many years and have really enjoyed the generally quiet atmosphere of the area (good blend of older people, families and professionals). There have been a lot of great renovations to modernize the complex a bit (it is close to 30 years old) and I look forward to seeing what can be done in the future.
The leasing agent was very pleasant, informative and helpful. She answered all my questions and there was a smile in her voice.
office and maintence staff are great, the dasmen llc is awful. 35 year old a/c units, landscape is awful (the advertised path is full of goose feces, dog feces everywhere, dead grass and plants abounds from being sprayed with something like agent orange, valet trash pick up is unreliable, and you need have a trash can at your front door (great way to great family and friends), frequent water leaks throughout the entire complex means water may be shut off with no notice. water bills are calculated by the four meters on the property (means you pay for water usage and water wasted by other folks. the pool is maybe open for about 60 days a year...i wouldn't want my grown child to live here.
This is a great place to live. It is pricey in comparison to other apartment complexes but you certainly get what you pay for here. Amazing Apartment.
