I enjoy living at the Preserve at the Park. The apartment complex is always kept very clean, and the management is extremely friendly and responsive. I have never had any issues during the one and a half years since I have lived in this great community.
I have been here for many years and have really enjoyed the generally quiet atmosphere of the area (good blend of older people, families and professionals). There have been a lot of great renovations to modernize the complex a bit (it is close to 30 years old) and I look forward to seeing what can be done in the future.
Moving asap. Ancient hvac (approaching forty years old), trash sites over flow often, littering is non stop, many unregistered cars, paved area around the pond covered in goose feces, people working here try their best. Damsen llc. has a lot of bad ratings with better business bureau and sites they can't delete negative and honest reviews--they are not a member. Landscaping is a joke: mud mess with every rain. Pool closed for several weeks each summer...for 1700.00 dollars per month look elswhere
Only interested in Carrboro or Chapel Hill.
We have lived here for 10yrs. and have had several owners and many management and maintenance teams but the teams here now are the Best! We like living in the location and hope to enjoy it many more years. Improvements are now happening that are making a big difference.
