Lofts at Lakeview

I have lived in this apartment for over 2 years and am speechless at the outrageous rent and utility fee increases. They painted the outside of the apartment, called it a luxury apartment, charged $100 for internet, $100 for garbage disposal, and $100 for other utilities for a total of $300 in utility fees, and raised the rent by $200. I wake up to the sound of construction every morning. However, there is no notice of the construction and no apology. Since the apartment is near a school, most of the residents are students. But they're ripping off the students and telling them that if they can't pay, they need to get out. Also, 3-4 months before the end of the lease, the manager has been harassing the residents and randomly breaking into their homes saying they are doing an inspection before the end of the lease. This is a breach of contract. The Connor Group is the worst management ever and I am thinking of suing this management. I look forward to many residents joining forces.

I have lived here since August of last year and its the worst place I have ever lived for the price. The appliances are old and disgusting. The stove isnt even level. The employees at the front desk are incredibly incompetent and rude. We have had bug issues since day one that have yet to be resolved. Getting packages is impossible as the office is never open. They test the fire alarms every other day it seems. They tore out the theater room which we pay for by the way and in the process caused the fire alarm to go off at 4 in the morning where we all had to stand outside for an hour. Also, they had to shut water off during the day to different parts of the complex for an entire week because when they started construction on the theater room they found out their plumbing in the building was never to code in the first place. Makes you wonder what else isnt to code. DO. NOT. LIVE. HERE. I cant wait to move out. Counting down the days. Edit: they added a package concierge service but if you dont pick up your package in a certain amount of time they charge you. Ive had package concierge at every apartment Ive lived at for the past 5 years and never have I been charged for the service. Its just another money grab. Do not live here. Its all college students who are up and being loud all hours of the night. Not a place for working professionals. And if you have a USPS package delivered when the office isnt open its just left in the common areas. I asked the office and was told it was the mail carriers problem not the offices. I have attached pictures. I will keep documenting the rest of my experience at this sad excuse for an apartment complex.

AVOID!!! Scams tenant into paying months more rent. Management people are the worst Ive ever seen. Treats you nicely before you sign the lease, but will only care about money right after you sign. Apartment itself is also below par. The garage space is also filled with filth and spider webs. They NEVER bother to clean. Avoid this apartment at all costs! Heights and trinity down the street are all better options!

BEAUTIFUL community with an awesome location! The amenities are top notch and gives the true meaning to urban style living at it's finest!

I wish we could still use the keypads to get into the gated stairs. Because if I accidentally forget my fab and come back past the time that the leasing office is closed, I'll have no way to get back in!

Excellent location, beautiful apartments and super friendly and helpful staff; not to mention the wonderful amenities! I would definitely recommend living at the Lofts
