Garrett West has been a very comfortable and enjoyable place to live. I have a very stressful job and love the fact that I don't have to deal with any stress coming home to Garrett West.
At first I was very hesitant to move in to Garrett West, only because I wasn't sure if I would be able to afford it! However, I only have a 5 min commute to work and literally everywhere I need to go is within 15 minutes of the complex. Absolutely love the location- I feel safe and a sense of community. The large apartments provide plenty of space and storage. The only complaints I have are minor (front door needs painted.. ice machine not working.. door stop missing.. etc). Also, it would be nice if valet trash were an option.. not a service that we all had to automatically pay for. Overall, I'm very happy with my decision to live at Garrett West.

Garrett West is good place to live , I haven't had no complaints or issues so far , all my need and requests were granted so far , if you can afford to live here , I wouldn't trade it for any other living community!
Truly top-notch amenities and staff. It took me no time at all to feel at home here, even moving from out of state. The community is very well-maintained and a wonderful place to live. I would highly recommend Garrett West to anyone looking for a convenient, welcoming, and beautiful place to live. It has everything I was looking for and more, and at a reasonable price.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
