Erwin Terrace Apartments are part of a class A mixed use development across the street from Duke University and blocks from the Duke Hospital. Built in 2004, Erwin Terrace has won awards as the first and one of the finest mixed use developments in the Durham area. The 25 units consist of two bedroom homes which have three different floor plans, the largest having a study that many residents use as a third bedroom. They feature side-by-side refrigerators, ceramic top stoves, trash compactors and trash chutes, space saver microwaves, dishwashers, carpeting and ceramic tile flooring, electric fireplaces, and contemporary fixtures throughout. Erwin Terrace is a limited access building and does have its own private underground garage for its residents. The retail spaces in the development make it extremely convenient to shopping and restaurants.

The Apartment Is Excellent Except For The Level Of Noise At Night. Super Noisy On The Top Floor From Both Late Night Party And Mechanics (Perhaps Ac) At The Top Of The Building. Other Than That, This Place Is Perfect, Awesome Building, Staff, Maintenance, And Location.
Other people living in apartment can be loud and/or dirty
Response to complaints is slow and not satisfactory. There is a bad insect problem not removed by options given. There is absolutely no recycling option the premises which is shameful in this day and age.
