I have lived here for two years now, it has been great!
I haven't been here too long, but so far it has been nice. Its really quiet. I did have a few things in my apartment that need maintenance attention and it feels like if my upstair neighbor walks harder than a tip toe that I can hear it, but it is otherwise a lovely spot.
This place was Great when I first moved in but has declined ever since. The staff has changed over and over again causing confusion and delays on request. The Office hours are always changing and seems to have the interest of the staff rather than the community. The BIGGEST PROBLEM is the lack of Customer Service to the Residence. The Price kept going up but with nothing to show from the Property or Property Management.
When walking at night, there were always several lights out as well as over grown tree limbs growing over light post. This seems to be and easy fix if the staff would just drive around after dark. The same lights have been out for months now. The vehicle and moped traffic flowing through the property only seems to have one speed, FAST, since there is nothing to deter them. Vehicles run the Stop Signs as I have almost been hit when walking the property. I reported the incidence, but all that was done was a generic email went out about speeding vehicles.
The Parking is a joke as work vehicles such as Tow Trucks and Dump Trucks park in Handicap Spots making it difficult for people with disabilities to access the buildings.
Overall, the Property will break its own rules, policies, and hours of operation to accommodate its self but will strictly enforce policy and rules on their residence when it comes to them making a buck. I liked being close to my work but now drive a little further and have a much better Customer Service relationship with my current Property Management. Best advice to potential New Residence, KEEP LOOKING!
When I received the apartment wasn't in perfect conditions. There was part of walls with a different painting, there were holes in the walls, there were liking faucets, etc. I am not a picky person so a let pass a lot of this little things, but it cost me part of my deposit at the end.
When I had something major and called maintenance to fix it, they reacted very slowly and many times they fixed one thing but left other in bad shape. At the end, you will start doing things on your own and bear the cost of doing it.
The management is not especially friendly and definitely, they believe that "the client is never right."
People are nice but a lot of families have started to leave because of this type of issues.
Clean the outside of buildings more regularly
