I have lived here for two years now, it has been great!
When I received the apartment wasn't in perfect conditions. There was part of walls with a different painting, there were holes in the walls, there were liking faucets, etc. I am not a picky person so a let pass a lot of this little things, but it cost me part of my deposit at the end.
When I had something major and called maintenance to fix it, they reacted very slowly and many times they fixed one thing but left other in bad shape. At the end, you will start doing things on your own and bear the cost of doing it.
The management is not especially friendly and definitely, they believe that "the client is never right."
People are nice but a lot of families have started to leave because of this type of issues.
Clean the outside of buildings more regularly
a bit disappointed with management, not truthful in emails addressing the whole community, and have made promises which haven't been kept
Although the community is nice and always clean, the leasing manager is completely incompetent. I went an entire year overpaying my rent by $100 with no one alerting me. Office staff is constantly changing, making it nearly impossible to get straight answers. They don't alert you if you have a package waiting in the office. I am also extremely disappointed with the amount that I pay for a 1bed/1bath apartment rent seems to fluctuate monthly which doesn't make sense and screws up people's finance
