Maintenance services have improved over the last year. Otherwise, value for money has remained good for the area.
I love the community. When needing assistance from the office staff I have gotten the run around. There are items that have not been completed in the apartment that were suppose to have been done w/n 30 days. The tenants above me uses their washing machine at all hours of the morning and its extremely noisy. I have spoken with management and it seems as if they do not care, I have called & called and was told on 01/04/2014 by an office staff she does not no what to say about my problem.
The addition of a dog park would make this complex competitive with others, especially with such a pet friendly community.
I really enjoy the property, it's nice and quiet. But it is a little old, and I did have my patio furniture stolen once.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
