It was a great find, secluded in the woods and most apartments have access to a view of the pond. After about 6 months of living there, I noticed how there seemed to be a very high turnover. People moving in and out a lot. Then I noticed the type of people that were moving in. There were constant complaints made to the office about smells of illegal drugs and management's would tell the residents to call 911 and report it and of course no one would want to do that because they would be considered the snitch. People played LOUD music throughout the night and when complaining to management, we were told to talk to those neighbors ourselves. I think there was just poor management.
The lack of communication was crazy, it was if part of the office knew information and the other part didn't. Management could be a lot better.

Complex is just what I need close to everything specially work at Duke Hospital .Have lived there thru several leases .My sister lives in the next buliking also .Good managment team headed up by Paula

Managment is AWFUL. The lady Paula thinks people are dumb and that she can talk to them any kind of way. It takes forever to get anything fix around your apartment. Can not wait till my lease is up and will NEVER return.

I loved the place and the apartment (2/2) but none was available for my move in date. Hopefully by the time I'me ready there will be a vacancy. Jennifer went out of her way to show us the different options and provide all the information needed to make a decision. I
