Friendly staff, helpful and quick to problem solve. Maintenance personnel are the BEST! Living here I feel very safe, secure. It's close to everything I need.
The staff is easy to reach and receptive. The location is ideal: minutes from Durham, UNC and Southpoint. The apartment is much nicer than others in the area.
My first apartment after graduating college. I lived here for 15 months and never had any issues nor complaints. The office staff is amazing. The apartment was very spacious and attractive. Many of my friends were blown away by the architecture. I also loved the surrounding area. Very close to I-40, so getting around the city is very easy. Also, the place is down the street from several restaurants and grocery stores. I highly recommend this complex to anyone considering.
Management does not care whatsoever about current tenants. They do whatever they can to sign you up, then once you're locked in, you are on your own. Management changes frequently. Noise complaint? Forget it. Loud partying all the time? Check. False charges added to your account that you have to sort out through corporate? Check. Yes, it looks nice, but overall this has been a horrible situation. I've been here since they opened, and I cannot wait to get out of my lease. They tell you one thing and then do something completely different. The only pleasant experience we've had is maintenance. They are great. Your rent will increase exponentially every year. They do NOTHING to retain their current residents. There is dog waste everywhere, (people throw their dog poo IN the plastic bags all over the ground and nothing is done to enforce it), the pool is seldom clean, the grills are NEVER cleaned. Gas built up in a grill outside the third building (due to all of the gunk caked inside) and literally fireballed and singed the hair off of my husband's face. This has happened to others as well. The dog park is a joke. When our lease is up, after 3.5 loyal years, we will never look back.
Lived there for 2 whole years, paying rent on time every single month, was the perfect tenant. Didn't complain that I was living in a construction zone for the first 8 months while paying full overpriced rent for amenities that weren't even built yet. Upon moving they charged me for damage to a glass stove top that should be considered normal wear and tear, I disputed with with property manager and rather than responding to me directly sent me to a collection agency. Thanks Palladian.
