My husband I fell in love with Palladian Place because of the gorgeous apartments and all the amenities that are included. The gym is enormous and we were able to save the cost of a gym membership. The gatherings with neighbors for community parties has allowed us to meet some really great people! The office staff was very friendly and welcoming. We love that the community is close to everything but nestled back in a quiet area. We get to come home to unwind from the busy day and honestly feel like we are at a resort. When out on the property , not only are all the neighbors so friendly but even the maintenance staff stopped and introduced themselves welcoming us! If you're looking for a luxury resort style feel and friends that become family, give Palladian a try, you won't be disappointed!

I am so excited to move into Palladian Place next month! It is such a gorgeous property and so close to everything. Would definitely recommend to everyone!

My first apartment after graduating college. I lived here for 15 months and never had any issues nor complaints. The office staff is amazing. The apartment was very spacious and attractive. Many of my friends were blown away by the architecture. I also loved the surrounding area. Very close to I-40, so getting around the city is very easy. Also, the place is down the street from several restaurants and grocery stores. I highly recommend this complex to anyone considering.
