Bexley at Davidson staff members are the best. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I love my location. I can easily walk to work and after work there are so many great places to visit for dinner. The amenities are first rate. I love our pool, outdoor space, fitness center, business center and the grounds are beautifully landscaped. Such a lovely tranquil place to call home?
We hav e been here one year and our experience has been wonderful. We absolutely love it here. The Staff and Maintenance is amazing. This is our first experience at renting an apartment and it exceeded our expectation. We would strongly recommend anyone to come here to Bexley. @ Davidson.
I am completely comfortable here at Bexley Davidson. Minor maintenance are always resolved quickly and effectively. Atmosphere is positive.
The staff is personable and helpful. For the few emergency services I've needed, the maintenance person has arrived within two hours or less. The grounds and buildings are very well maintained. Recently the buildings were painted before, to me, they appeared to need it. In other words, management acts before things get shabby. At the same time, the communal facilities were completely and beautifully renovated. No room to say more, but it's a great place to live!
The management company seems to be on top of everything from keeping the grounds in good order, to the care and upgrading of the exterior. Maintenance requests are answered in a very timely fashion. Though I haven't had occasion to use them, the communal areas where the office is located and the pool have been completely renovated. A small play structure was recently installed in the wooded area that borders the lake, which also boasts picnic tables and outdoor grills.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
