I have been without a home since I gave my 30 day notice to my former apartment I had to be out June 30th I was told that the apartment that I was to move into wasnt ready and that I would be ready on the 15th of July so I stayed at my former apartment until then ok the 15th has came and left and me and my kids are without a home at the time so I will be transferring somewhere else I have been out of my place for 2 weeks going on three and its very stressful i dont no at the time if Im gonna stay but to anyone thats deciding to move here I wouldnt
This place is noisy, the kids are out at all times walking around screaming & cursing talking disgustingly. there are people arguing & fighting a lot (kids & adults), the police are called regularly. the homes are poorly maintained, the windows are thin & you can hear everything outside. Cars ride through the complex blasting music at all hours. No security, apartments get broken into regularly. I have had an 8 year old try to get into my front door thinking no one was home. there is no assigned parking so you may have to park far from your home in the middle of the night. Some homes has more than 3 cars taking up the spots at their home. These are not energy efficient homes, mt energy average from Duke is always much higher than the average in my area. Rent goes up every year with no improvements to the townhouses (they have done some landscaping) the pool is NEVER open & if it does open...it is well after Memorial Day in the south.
They didn't respond to my request.
