I moved into a new apartment, not rented previously. As with any new construction, there minor issues that the maintenance crew quickly rectified. The entire complex is well kept, quiet and close to I-40 and downtown, and shopping areas. It is walking distance from a number of restaurants too. There is ample parking, has a workout facility that is sufficient. The staff are friendly, helpful and try to bring residents together monthly for a meet and greet activity. I recommend it.

First I want to say that I'm looking into getting an apartment in Orlando due to a job change. I have read 100's of reviews from there. For a higher rent you will get roaches, broken appliances, awful neighbors, cars broken into and stolen, not enough parking, nighttime street lights not working and on and on. Management says "it's too expensive to care for these things". After living in a nice house.....I tend to believe it.... so sad to say. Costs keep going up everywhere.

These apartments are awesome. Too bad we can't take them with us to Florida! I've been here over a year and a half. We haven't had any maintenance or other issues. Once we asked to have our water heater temperature raised to allow for more hot water and they came the same day! The appliances work perfect and give us no trouble.

People in other places move into apartments that do not ever fix the A/Cs, stoves, leaks, etc. Even to ones that are broken when you move in. Other places have clauses in their leases that an eviction notice can be put on your door and followed through even if you were not the people it was intended for! And these were "nice" apartments. I cannot imagine the cheaper ones. Arghhh.

I thank my lucky stars that in these apartments I can walk to my car 24/7 and not be afraid, have and A/C that works wonderfully even when the head index outside is 99 degrees. Management just overall does a super job. I thank you for this.

I would recommend these apartments to anyone that wants a safe, clean place to live. About the loud neighbors: There are bad ones everywhere. They were even terrible next to our nice home we had in a small NC community.

Nice apartments, but no insulation in the ceiling/floors. Horrible management. In the past 2 months have made over 6 complaints to the courtesy officer and to the management staff about the noise from the upstairs neighbors. They are a family of 6 with a dog. The kids jump and run, dog barks all night, and yet the management staff will not speak with them or move them. Question - why wouldn't the management staff put a family in a ground apartment?

We like the floor plan and we find that it meets the needs of our family of three. The staff is courteous and professional and responds to any requests that may arise. One major draw back is the noise of neighbors above.

This apt may be up to code but it would have been much more luxurious with enhanced soundproofing. It's a fair to average complex, that again, would have been made better without copious amounts of mud everywhere.
