Just moved in and I can say, this home is clean and spacious and I love the location. The leasing office made it very easy for me to view and lease the house. We are vey happy here.

When deciding to move to walton farms Toya and Alex where wonderful, said to say I haven't been here 5 month and both are gone and the customer service left with them. Now no one answers the phone it may be a whole week or two before someone calls back, you can never get a straight answer from anyone. The property manager doesn't respond to emails or text from the residents. Maintenance issues get checked on but never fully addressed your always told it under warranty. Mr. Johnnie is wonderful he tries to be as honest as possible with you. The hallways in the apartment buildings don't cleaned unless we the residents clean them.

Toya is a great amenity to the community. My husband and I are relocating to the area and she was extremely helpful and patient with us. My in laws rode the property and loved the area. My husband will be moving before me but I cant wait to move!

I love my brand new house. Its part of the Riverwood community and I get to use the pool and athletic club in Riverwood. I have met several of my neighbors who have all been very sweet.
