Amelia Station Apartments

Living at Amelia Station is amazing. It is not like every other apartment complex where when they get you into the apartment they have nothing to do with you. The amelia station staff has been with us since we moved in here. They helped us find the perfect apartment to live in and whenever we have a problem they fix it in a timely matter. The problem that I have is that parking is first come first serve but that would still not stop me from staying here. There are plenty of things here to do and the staff even does get togethers for the residents.

I lived at Amelia Station for nearly 2 years. It was a great experience over all! Any work orders I have ever placed were addressed within a very timely manner (usually within 1-2 days). The amenities are great and always kept up. I loved my apartment. The granite counter tops and garden tubs are such a plus too! I'd move back if my job didn't require me to move.

My family and I have been living here 4 years and we love it . The office has always been pleasant and the maintenance calls are always prompt. Very family oriented place to live .

The units come with very basic appliances for what you pay for. The dishwasher is terrible, the stove is extremely low dollar, and the fridge is basic. My sister lives in a nearby luxury apartment complex and has very nice appliances. Not to mention her water sprayer on the sink works great. Mine, barely sprays anything at all to the point that we cant use it. They say they cant fix that and we are far from the only ones with this issue out here. All walls have matte paint as well which means you cant really clean it. This means, if you have kids that make a mess on a wall or grease so grease/food splashes on it then you have to have to repaint. Cleaner just makes it worse. I cant wait to move out of here when I can afford to, but because they just raised the rent like $200 more a month it makes it hard to save additional money. I feel like Im stuck now. Dont make the mistake I did and move here :(

Wouldnt live anywhere else in the Triangle area. Nicole and her team make every effort to ensure property and grounds are maintained and are always available to assist with any questions or issues needing addressed.

Amelia Staton luxury apartments are a great place to live. The amenities are great. The grounds are kept nicely manicured, and the staff are the greatest!

I've been living at Amelia Station apartments for a little over a year and LOVE it!! Nicole and India along with all the office staff are super nice and Tony and the maintenance crew are second to none. Complex is very clean, plenty of parking and quiet. Highly recommended!

My fiancé and I have been residents here for over two years now and our stay here has been nothing but wonderful! The apartments themselves are very nice but the complex itself is maintained and kept just as nice. The staff is super helpful and are always courteous and available to help with any questions, concerns, or complaints. If you are looking for a place to live in the Clayton area, this should be your go to.

Staff is very knowledgable, and always helpful. Nicole and Alex and the other front office staff are truly one of the great positives about this location. Maintenance staff is fantastic as well. Responds quickly to inquiries, with thorough responses. Community is very nice in general, with good amenities (fitness center, pool, wifi, coffee in the main building, food trucks from time to time, for-pay car vacuum station w/ hose to wash your car, and a dog park). Paperwork processes are many, but thorough - bringing clarity to your and the apartment community's responsibilities. We've experienced both a 2 BR and 1 BR here for an elderly relative. Both were well prepared and nice upon move in. First floor apartments are more expensive per month (but this is common in many places). There is no elevator access to 2nd floor, so something to keep in mind - if you can't climb stairs, expect to pay more to live on the 1st floor. My relative spent her last independent days here before moving to assisted living, resulting in a move out mid-lease. While we were responsible for the rent payments as originally agreed until the apartment was re-rented, the staff was diligent to notify us as soon as another renter was approved, shortening our rent-liable period. This was a great help given our situation. Overall I'd recommend the community as a great choice in Clayton, and appreciate the great help from Nicole and the rest of the staff there. Highly recommend!

Amelia Station is a great apartment community. The office staff is super helpful and always friendly and ready to assist. The maintenance team does an amazing job. Wonderful community!

Have worked on this property since it was built. The staff Especially Tony the maintenance supervisor is top notch. If I were to move to the area this is a place I would put at the top of the list

We moved here in May, and have no complaints! Staff is always friendly, quick to respond. Even checked on me when I took a fall while walking the dog. Can’t say enough good things, quiet, clean and pet friendly! Have not met a bad neighbor yet!
