Living at Amelia Station is amazing. It is not like every other apartment complex where when they get you into the apartment they have nothing to do with you. The amelia station staff has been with us since we moved in here. They helped us find the perfect apartment to live in and whenever we have a problem they fix it in a timely matter. The problem that I have is that parking is first come first serve but that would still not stop me from staying here. There are plenty of things here to do and the staff even does get togethers for the residents.

I lived at Amelia Station for nearly 2 years. It was a great experience over all! Any work orders I have ever placed were addressed within a very timely manner (usually within 1-2 days). The amenities are great and always kept up. I loved my apartment. The granite counter tops and garden tubs are such a plus too! I'd move back if my job didn't require me to move.

Nice area and lovely apartments for sure.. If you think you may have to move before your lease ends..DO NOT MOVE HERE, YOU WILL BE PAYING FOR THE RENT, WATER, TRASH, UTILITIES, AND FEES UNTIL UR LEASE ENDS! AND YOU WILL BE PAYING IT ALL, BECAUSE U CAN BET IT WILL NOT BE RE RENTED BEFORE YOUR LEASE IS UP...DONT THINK OF ASKING HIGHER MANAGEMENT FOR HELP, BECAUSE YOU WILL BE STUCK PAYING YOUR LEASE! MYSELF AND MANY OTHERS HAVE BEEN IN THIS SITUATION.. I NEEDED TO MOVE SO MY 3YEAR OLD AND I DIDNT HAVE TO DRIVE 1.5HRS TO AND FROM WORK TO MY NEW JOB... THEY WOULD NOT LET ME PAY A ONE TIME FEE TO GET OUT.. INSTEAD ME, A SINGLE PARENT HAD TO PAY FOR 2PLACES TO LIVE FOR THE DURATION OF MY LEASE..NICE PLACE, BUT DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU MAY HAVE TO MOVE...

I am so glad that we made the decision to relocate to Amelia Station Apts. Nicole made the process easy and painless. She helped us get into a great apt. The location could not be any better. There are lots of great things to enjoy here. They are very pet friendly. Any concern that I have ever had, which have been very few, have been handled quickly. We have even decided to stay for another lease term. There is only one draw back and that is the parking is first come first serve. But this is not a deal breaker. I highly recommend Amelia Station when people ask me where I live and if I like it.
