What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Clayton

We are close to downtown. We have a lot of good restaurants very close by. Also there is unique shops in downtown.

I adore the fact that my neighborhood is so close to larger cities but maintains a small town feeling. I have not met anyone who hasn't been kind and friendly when we've spoken

There are many things that are unique in my neighborhood. Such as the sense of community you don't find anywhere else anymore

It's an older and safer suburb that's been around a long time and you can set up all your needs in one area like banking, post office, restaurants, doctor offices

It's a nice neighborhood. Everyone is friendly and there doesn't seem to be any illegal activities. There are woods behind to enjoy nature and stores nearby

What is unique about our neighborhood is that we have a website anyone can post on for updates. Also we have a pool that is great for anyone.
