What Renters Like and Dislike
What Renters Like and Dislike About Charlotte
It is quiet, safe and has nice homes. The lots are nice and there are lots of trees in the yards around the streets. It fees safe to walk around when it is dark out.
It is close a many restaurants and coffee places along with grocery stores. I also really enjoy how it is close to local parks and play grounds so it always families to be able to go on walks or have a safe play for their children to play.
There's a park a few minutes away thats nice to take kids and families and enjoy a nice walk around the the water
We have access to a beautiful greenway (can walk or drive to), which so many people enjoy. We are an 'up and coming' older area that is becoming revitalized. We have a Thursday night jam session near a local pizza place, food trucks, and a pottery show every 3 months or so. Neighbors are very involved in the community.
I like this sude of town. There are a lot of dogs & nice lawns. I am 10 min from all major shopping, restaurants, interstate, my office & downtown
Most importantly that it's quite. There is not any crime, no siren sounds at night. I like going to the nail shop across from the Aldi grocery store about a mile away.
