      I asked twice, once at the time of applying and once before move in and was told there is not a pest problem. Been here a month. The Orkin man has already sprayed twice. We still need to keep a can of Raid ready.

      The apartments really need to drop the luxury from the name. At one point it represented how clean and well kept the community looked; or the way the apartments were styled. After looking past that and with the recent management, the "luxury" in the name is used in the same form an abu sive parent would tell you, you have the "luxury" of living in their house; that you have a roof over your head. I don't know where to begin, but I am posting this because my car got towed, so I can start there. I just recently came back from a deployment, and arrived late to my apartment, at around 3AM to be exact. Before I left, most of the parking around my building was taken over due to a construction company taking the liberty of taking most of the grounds for themselves due to them possibly buying up the little bit of land ? Or the apartments never having claim to the small amount of developed spaces we had ? Due to this, there happens to now be a shortage of parking, something that was abundant when I first moved in. Before I left the residents in this community used to make use of the space we had, whether that was parking in the grass, or on available space that wasn't considered parking per apartment standards. So I followed suit and left my car on a side of the grass, with the intent of waking up at 7AM to move it to a space. Once I woke up at 7am on the dot, my car had been towed. I drive a manual car I often leave in gear once it is parked and off in case something happens and the emergency break is not enough to stop movement from the car, so who knows what damage the car suffered, guess I will find out when I go pick it up in a bit.

      I am trying to buy out my lease. No one will answer the phone, and when they do they say that someone else must help me, and that person never calls or emails back. This used to be a good community. We loved it and were proud of it. Ever since Michael and whoever else started working there is has been a dumpster fire. They are rude, have attitudes, and do next to nothing to help anyone. Every time we have called we've gotten nothing but attitude and contempt. I made sure that everyone knew how much we loved our apartment complex. Now I will make sure everyone knows how down hill it has actually fallen. We were in good with the community since it was our home for so many years. But I am glad we moved out when we did. There is no way I could say anything positive about where we now live except for the maintenance crew.

      I have lived here for 3 years, and there isn't a better place to live. The maintenance staff know us, and treat us like family. They know our pup, and go out of their way to stop and pet her, anytime they see her out and about. The office staff has changed quite a bit, but they're super friendly, and I've gone in there with our pup (who they also love) several times, just to chat. I've never had an issue here, and this is the first place I've ever lived for over two years, but who also changed owners and I still wanted to stay. We will stay here until we buy a house. This is our home, and there isn't a better place to live, and we've lived in quite a few of them.

      I leased my apartment at the highlight of the Coronavirus pandemic. I'm a nurse and my work schedule has been hectic. However, Megan at the leasing office made renting a breeze. This community is so beautiful. The customer service is wonderful and lives up to the name of LUXURY! I'll recommend leasing with Worthington to everyone because I'm finally happy at home.

      After living there 14 months, paying over $1100/month, giving 60 days notice, and leaving the apartment cleaner than when I moved in, I get a terse little email stating I owe them and addition $338 for water/garbage/sewer and 7 days into the next month... and, after having 4 roof leaks, and having to clean up after each one, and them using my electricity for 4-5 days running 3-4 dehumidifiers and blowers around the clock, there was/is no consideration for that? Or the inconvenience? I guess the feel the roof leafs were my problem and they helped me out with that... eh? Read and study the 14-15 page lease carefully... there was nothing in it at the time I signed about "early termination", yet they will try and stick you with it if they can. Five thumbs down on this one folks!
