Shauna was very thorough and knowledgeable. Also very enthusiastic about the resident. I appreciated that.

I was approved to live here but I have chosen to move further out in the country side of North Carolina , Im going to ask for a sister property in that county if its available, even if its not I wanted to leave a review for Mrs Shauna Gill and her manager, Ill be a new resident in North Carolina these two made he feel so welcome and valued , Mrs Shauna is the consultant that I had my Amazing experience with , she had me at hello and she stopped at absolutely nothing to make sure I had the experience thar every possible tenant deserves , Ive viewed many apartments and many locations and I did not once experience ANYONE like Mrs Shauna Gill , she made me feel so comfortable and valued I just had to come on here and let you know that I can tell that you love your job and you put everything into what you do ! I appreciate you so much ! This property is beautiful and clean ! The photos do no justice! You must see this property in person !!! Thank you for going over and beyond for me ! You are appreciated in every way ! I really hope you all have properties in the area that I am moving to , if not I will always refer whoever I come in contact with to you ! Thank you for everything.

I feel like family because Hedi and Shawna are so graceful and caring and does an excellent job keeping Worthington a clean and beautiful place to live. They will go out of their way to help with information, concerns or paperwork. Always a welcoming smile and they both look amazing hair and outfits be on point. They set the tone for a very professional office. Maintenance is so nice and they resolve any maintenance issues as soon as possible, most of the time it's same day or next day service. Very nice guys. Worthington Apartments was my best choice. I feel safe and comfortable. I want to thank everyone for their help and their care for the property and the residents.

Overall, this complex is a reasonable place to live. But there's been a broken cable machine in the weight area that's gone unrepaired for over six months, and the pool hours have been cut, with no announcement or reason given. Also, residents need access to recycling by the trash area.
