Awesome place to live with top notch amenities!
Well maintained complex. Staff is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Great lifetime. Been a resident for 3 years...
Beware of this place. They are unresponsive and do not practice good business practices. The assistant property manager do not respond to inquiries and does not help resolve issues well. I lived here for four years. Upon moving out, I paid a cleaning fee of $200 for the whitehall parc cleaning partners to clean my apt. I was told the $200 fee would cover cleaning the apartment, floors, and no additional fees would be assessed upon moving out. After moving out, they email me a bill for an additional $80 dollars for carpet cleaning. My apartment and carpet was clean to begin with. I was very upset that the property manager would not return my calls or text to discuss the issue. Overall, I was upset that after being a good tenant for over 4 years, that this property would ignore my inquiries, as well as not give me truthful information regarding the cleaning fee I paid. The property erroneously charged me additional fees. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!
I have been meaning to write a review on this apartment complex for a long time since month 6 into my lease specifically. This apartment complex management is horrible you can tell that they dont communicate with one another efficiently. Not to mention their apartments are subpar at best. My first run in was when I requested to rent out the club house one Saturday night for a work function. They charge you $175 to rent it (which your rent is high enough that you would think it wouldnt be such a hefty fee) and a $175 deposit each on separate checks. I returned my keys to the club house the follow morning as soon as they opened was told by a lady there that everything looks good and clean and handed me back my deposit. On Monday I received a very nasty call from the manager at the time who told me that I would not be getting my deposit back because the room was not cleaned which was a lie and that the stove was broken. (Ordered pizza never used the stove) explained all of this to her as well as told her to check her cameras. In the end she was trying to hold me responsible for a new stove i explained to her that I had already picked up my deposit and was told none of this. She obviously never called me back. (Thats there thing!) they try to charge you all these fees out of no where that are not legitimate! Fast forward to why I moved out. My apartment was full of wasps they would come in from the vent Im talking about I would have to kill about 10 wasps a week. Told them multiple times they didnt do anything about it except sent pest control they didnt do anything to help finally told me that the best thing for me to do is go to Walmart and buy raid to kill them. Finally let my lease run out and cleaned that apartment from top to bottom Im talking spotless. i receive a bill a couple weeks after move out for you guessed it even more fees!
In love with our apartment.... and really satisfied with our community
