I stayed here for about 4 years from 2017-2022, the maintenance team the entire time was slow to get anything done and hard to hear back from. Circumstances changed and i needed a new place to stay and i did attempt to move back to waterford due to the affordable pricing, but after putting a 400$ deposit back on an apartment the leasing team ghosted me. No denial of my application, no acceptance, just took my 400 dollars. Despicable. Avoid at all costs.

overly priced. Painted the exterior but the interior is outdated. Walls are extremely thin. For example, you can hear your neighbors using the restroom. Roach problems. Windows are not energy efficient. If it's cold outside, you can feel the chill in your apt (even with the heat on).

I would not recommend moving here, dont be fooled by the Low prices. Yes location is great, but the apartments and staff is not. Management does not care to help residents with apartment issues such as roast infestation, old cooling systems, broken toilets and older washing machines. I had to waste lots of money having to buy raid to kill the all the roaches. If you move to first floor you will get mold growing in your apartments, maintenance never comes after you place a maintenance request only after you call the office numerous times which your then told, emergencies go first. Their water pipes tend to bust often on the property and you are left without water. They dont open their pool during the entire summer only the last month if they even open it. They only thing they keep maintained is their landscaping and thats because its not even their own staff doing the work. The manager Ashley does Not care about the residents what do ever she will only reach out to you if you owe money. The leasing agents dont really help with issues when you call. Its worth to pay the extra money a month and move some where else with better reviews on management and updated and cleaner apartments.

I will be moving to Waterford Square on 11/1 and can hardly wait! The community is very well kept, and the setting is very quaint with an abundance of landscaping. Antonio was my agent, and he was amazingly helpful in making my transition go so smoothly. He answered all my questions friendly, patiently and professionally. The entire office team carried the same positive attitude of Antonio.

I don't know how this place operated in the past, but I can honestly say I really like it here so far. Ron our office rep was very open and honest with us, and when we noticed some repairs were needed got right on them. Telly M, the maintenance man was quick, friendly, and efficient. Got the job done right and fast.

This could’ve been a very different type of review. I picked up my keys for my new apartment on 4/15/2024. While previewing the place, I noted that the washing machine was missing. I was given the option of finding one that worked or a new one since they were on order. Of course I chose new! Perfect I thought since I won’t actually move in until the end of the month. Fast forward to moving day - 4/27/2024. Hmmm . . . Still no washer. Since it’s a Saturday, I wait til Monday to visit the leasing office. The appropriate amount of concern was shown and I was assured I would have my washer right away. Didn’t come that day. Didn’t come a couple of days later. Again, I returned to the office. Same routine. I go to work on Friday thinking I’ll be all set for the weekend. I come home to find a washing machine sized hole still staring back at me. Now this is ridiculous and since it’s now Friday after 6pm I am once again stuck until Monday. One week in and I’m already doubting my decision to move here! I look back through past reviews and one name stands out - Jennifer. So come Monday it’s Jennifer I go look for and luckily find in her office. She too shows the appropriate amount of concern and I am once again promised to have a washer by the end of the day. To say I was relieved but low key skeptical would be about right. BUT, lo and behold two hours later maintenance is knocking on my door with a shiny brand new washer! The guys installed it, checked out a couple of other things while there and went on their way. I have never been so happy to do a simple load of towels! A couple of days later I thank Jennifer for her speedy response but did point out that this amount of frustration should not occur with a brand new tenant! She agreed and after reaching out to the property manager, I was compensated quite generously which was delightfully unexpected. So this one’s for you Jennifer - you brought back my peace of mind! 😊

They deserve every stars . Jennifer & Nicole handle a major situation with neighbors tampering with my property & harassing my family. I thank y’all sooo much for quickly responding & keeping my newborn safe. Waterford is turning over by the day & I Love how y’all keeping the complex safe. We Appreciate y’all 🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾

Good location Attractive layout of one-bedroom apt. Most maintenance requests fillled in a reasonable amt of time.

So far have live here for 1 year. Very happy everybody around me so nice! The people who work here are so nice also!!

Awful awful awful… no one responds to maintenance request , landscape is dirty and no trash pick up, both pools closed still and it’s July .. response is and has been two more weeks maybe, see various workings taking smoke breaks and rides on new golf carts but don’t answer phones in the office . Raising prices with no benefits to residents , they don’t do any community events , and basically don’t care about the residents that have stayed in hopes to see change. Sad to see
