I have lived here for 15 years. Management and the maintenance crew have always been professional and courteous, quickly resolving issues that come up.

We didn't have a lot of time to research an apartment in Charlotte after a job offer brought us here from Chapel Hill. After we had signed the lease,we read some unflattering reviews online and got really worried. Happily, NONE of the things in the complaints turned out to be true. The staff and office girls have been 100% helpful and pleasant; the maintenance guys are competent, friendly and have fixed whatever small issue we have had. Neighbors have been quiet and no problem at all!

because I ask you guys come to fix the washing machine and air two weeks ago and no one showed up It happened second time already
Dog park smells bad. Maintenance crew does good work, but took me 2 months to get a new AC unit.
Where do I begin? This place is a joke. It's covered in roaches - EVERYWHERE! Walls are cracking, mold is everywhere, plumbing is literally falling out of the tiles, walls & ceilings are paper thin, cabinets are rotting & bottoms are falling out, the dishwasher does nothing, the washing machine rips apart clothing, everything smells bad - inside & outside, paint inside closets literally melts and sticks to your clothing and won't come off! The leasing agents are friendly, I do not blame them.
