I stayed here for about 4 years from 2017-2022, the maintenance team the entire time was slow to get anything done and hard to hear back from. Circumstances changed and i needed a new place to stay and i did attempt to move back to waterford due to the affordable pricing, but after putting a 400$ deposit back on an apartment the leasing team ghosted me. No denial of my application, no acceptance, just took my 400 dollars. Despicable. Avoid at all costs.

overly priced. Painted the exterior but the interior is outdated. Walls are extremely thin. For example, you can hear your neighbors using the restroom. Roach problems. Windows are not energy efficient. If it's cold outside, you can feel the chill in your apt (even with the heat on).

I would not recommend moving here, dont be fooled by the Low prices. Yes location is great, but the apartments and staff is not. Management does not care to help residents with apartment issues such as roast infestation, old cooling systems, broken toilets and older washing machines. I had to waste lots of money having to buy raid to kill the all the roaches. If you move to first floor you will get mold growing in your apartments, maintenance never comes after you place a maintenance request only after you call the office numerous times which your then told, emergencies go first. Their water pipes tend to bust often on the property and you are left without water. They dont open their pool during the entire summer only the last month if they even open it. They only thing they keep maintained is their landscaping and thats because its not even their own staff doing the work. The manager Ashley does Not care about the residents what do ever she will only reach out to you if you owe money. The leasing agents dont really help with issues when you call. Its worth to pay the extra money a month and move some where else with better reviews on management and updated and cleaner apartments.

I will be moving to Waterford Square on 11/1 and can hardly wait! The community is very well kept, and the setting is very quaint with an abundance of landscaping. Antonio was my agent, and he was amazingly helpful in making my transition go so smoothly. He answered all my questions friendly, patiently and professionally. The entire office team carried the same positive attitude of Antonio.

Do not rent here, management is horrible! I've been a resident for over 3 years. I had a flood in my unit on 9/8 that was caused by the unit above me water heater bursting. They didn't even offer me another unit. They told me you have to go through your renter's insurance. They don't communicate to let you know what's going on. I have to call them weekly for updates. I paid for the month of September but have only stayed there for 8 days. I keep asking to be released from my lease but still haven't received an answer. The one and only time I received a call from management was after I filed a complaint with the BBB.

The only positive about this community is the location. I highly recommend spending the extra couple hundred dollars to move somewhere else the staff has no integrity, the apartments are falling apart, the grounds are poorly taken care of, they have been "renovating" there amenities the entire year and the bare minimum is always delivered by this team. Absolutely horrid place to be
